This venture is a result of my interest in cooking Mediterranean cuisines. As of the moment, this site caters to Koobideh (Beef or Chicken), Joojeh, Chelo Kabab, Keema with Eggplant, Keema Quesadilla , Shawarma in Pita Bread (Beef or Chicken) and, Shawarma Rice (Beef or Chicken). Hopefully in the future, the menu will expand to include other dishes.

Payment is via Funds transfer to my BDO account and must be made on or before Wednesday on the week of the order. Orders will be processed once proof of payment has been sent and verified.

MENU
CHELO KABAB
Also new to the menu is Chelo Kabab. This dish is the best of both worlds as it combines both chicken and beef kabab. This dish is comprised of buttered saffron rice, scrambled eggs, and my special garlic sauce. Each order costs 350 pesos and is good for 2-3 persons.
BEEF KEEMA WITH EGGPLANT
Try my very own version of Beef Keema with eggplant, another Mediterranean cusine that you will surely love . This dish is comprised of buttered saffron rice, crispy fried onion, and special garlic sauce. Each order is good for 2-3 persons and costs 350 pesos.
JOOJEH
Joojeh is basically a chicken dish. This dish consists of 3 barbeque sticks of large chicken meat, aromatic yellow rice, and special garlic sauce. Each order costs P300 pesos and it is good for 2-3 persons.
KEEMA QUESADILLA
This dish is very similar to quesadilla. The main difference is that the meat used is Beef Keema. The 8-piece quesadilla dish is complemented with salsa (already applied in the beef and not served separately), olives, and cheese. Each order costs P300 pesos.
SHAWARMA RICE
This dish comes with either Beef or Chicken Shawarma, yellow rice, vegetables (stir fried into an olive oil) and with separate serving of hot sauce and garlic sauce. Each order of Beef Shawarma Rice costs P350 pesos while Chicken Shawarma Rice costs P300 pesos. Both are good for 2 to 3 persons.
HUMMUS WITH PITA BREAD
This dietary meal is one of the most popular mediterranean dishes especially to those who are on a diet. Hummus can also be used as a dip and is usually partnered with pita bread. Each order of hummus comes with 8 slices of pita bread all for just Php180.00.
TRIO SHAWARMA IN PITA BREAD
Shawarma is an all time favorite to many. My version of Shawarma is very distinct in taste. You will surely be satisfied with what you have paid for once you have tasted it. This dish is comprised of three servings of Shawarma in pita bread (beef or chicken according to your preference),vegetables (stir fried into an olive oil) and with separate serving of hot sauce and garlic sauce.
